Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

• While it is our goal to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt of the order Monday thru Friday, occasional delays are unavoidable. Normally you should allow 7 to 10 business days for regular ground delivery. We ship UPS ground, FedEx, U.S. Mail. Please provide your complete street address as FedEx or UPS does not deliver to a Post Office Box. Hazardous materials, loaded ammunition, aerosols and flammable liquids are shipped by ground only. We reserve the right to change the carrier.
• We offer some items that may be restricted by federal, state or local laws. Please check the laws affecting your potential order before contacting us to be certain you are not violating a statute. Under Federal Law 18 U.S.C. 922 (D) (1)-(9) persons with a legal disability are also restricted from purchasing certain products. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase firearm, ammunition, reloading products, powder and knives.

Purchase Restrictions:

• When purchasing any of our products you accept the full responsibility to follow and comply with all regulations that apply.
• You likewise confirm that you have read the aforementioned, are at least 21 years of age, and have no legal disability that would preclude you from making a purchase of restricted items.
• We are unable to ship restricted items to the 5 boroughs of New York City as well as Washington D.C.
• Loaded Ammo Cannot be shipped to the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Massachusetts or New York.
• California State orders will be sent to an FFL. Please have that information updated as the "ship to" address for your order.
• Illinois residents will need to provide a driver’s license and a FOID card for ammo
• Massachusetts residents FID or LTC required for Ammunition.

Returns & Cancellations

Return Policy & Warranty Information:

• Most new, unopened items shipped and sold by Lynx may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product. Items must be returned in new condition and in the original product packaging.

Return Information:

• Refunds will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once it has been delivered back to us (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Returning or exchanging an Item:

• Send us an email at [email protected] to get Return Authorization Number.
• Please do not place shipping labels on the item's original packaging. When sending the item back, place the original package into a shipping carton.
• Products must be in new unopened condition, and all product packaging (original box, blank warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc.) must be returned with the item.
• Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return. This may also apply to an order that was returned due to the shipping carrier being unable to complete delivery.
• Items being returned must be returned using a trackable method. Items with a value over $250, must also be insured.

Non-Returnable Item:

• Special order merchandise
• Customized merchandise
• Ammunition and Reloading products
• Optics or sights that have been mounted on a firearm or bow.

Terms & Conditions

Firearms and Ammunition Sales and Terms:

• You must be 18 or older to purchase a rifle or shotgun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun.
• You are responsible for compliance to your local and state laws regarding purchasing and ownership of firearms, ammunition and firearm parts and accessories
• Be aware of restrictions on extended magazines and certain types of AR-15 style rifles.
• You are responsible to pay the FFL’s transfer fee.
• The gun dealer must send their license (FFL) to us by email [email protected]
• Once you accept the transfer, the gun is considered used and must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
• All unauthorized returns to Lynx will be refused; no exceptions.
• ALL SALES FINAL ON FIREARMS AND AMMUNITIONS ORDERS: Cancellations and Returns are NOT Allowed.
• Ammunition and firearms must be shipped separately.
