Shipping Policy

For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam, shipping is much more expensive from our location.  If you are in one of these areas, message us before buying a firearm and we will give you a shipping quote in advance of you committing to purchase. This also applies to ammunition purchases which must be shipped using ground shipping. Please contact us for a quote. The listings convey an accurate timeline of when you could expect your items to be processed and shipped. Please read these before placing an order, as we try to be transparent with all customers to manage their expectations. Please understand this to manage your expectations. 

Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final and this is true within WeaponDepot policy as well. In the limited situations where we agree to cancel an order or a customer cancels without advising us, we explicitly require full WeaponDepot seller fees be reimbursed as well as a 20% restocking fee for the warehouse as there are expenses we have already incurred to process your sale. By purchasing, if you perform a credit card dispute, you have explicitly agreed to these terms of sale.

Terms & Conditions

Bravo Foxtrot Gun Outfitters (BFG Outfitters) thanks you for considering our products. We do not sell NFA items requiring a SOT license yet (SBR, suppressors, SMG, etc) where we have to receive clearance from the ATF on the Form 3 we submit to transfer to your FFL. Buyers are fully responsible to know the laws in their states prior to purchase. If we ship a weapon and your state/selected FFL will not transfer it to you, we will assess you the restocking fee, the GunBroker seller fee, and any other shipping fees to retrieve the weapon back to BFG Outfitters. For items damaged in transit, this will involve a claim with UPS/FedEx/USPS and we will assist you in that process. We sell most of our items new in box (unless otherwise explicitly noted), so any malfunction of the firearm would be addressed with the manufacturer under their warranty which we will also assist with. We are only the seller and do not warranty any firearms or accessories.  We do not price match at this time..
