                   When you purchase a brand new Canik from the store, there are 4 mounting plates for optics that comes with the pistol in the manufacturer packaging. This green dot fits one of these original Canik mounting plates. If you purchased a pre-owned Canik, or an old inventory without packaging such as the vendor forgot to include the mounting plate, this green dot will not fit without a mounting plate. Basically your Canik must have the original mounting plates to attach to. We sell a wide range of mounting plates for pistol, but we do not have plate for Canik. This green dot fits the Original mounting plate that comes with the Canik pistol when you buy one new at the store.
