Gunshot Trauma Aid Kit – Basic
It’s better to have a GideonTactical GTAK and not need it, than to need one and not have it. The biggest cause of death from handguns is due to exsanguination (bleeding to death) rather than from the bullet impacting a critical link in the nervous system. The primary goal of gunshot wound management is to stop the bleeding. For the recreational shooter, that means having a good gunshot trauma aid kit at hand could be the difference between life and death.

This is an excellent kit to have on patrol, at a shooting range or anywhere firearms are present or a gunshot wound is possible. The GTAK is designed to treat gunshot and knife wounds which could become fatal prior to the arrival of EMS in 5 to 15 minutes. Each GTAK will treat a gunshot or knife wound or other injury with traumatic bleeding.

The GTAK-B can fit in your bag, pack or case. The military grade resealable aLOKSAK protects the contents from humidity, water, dust and sand.
The Israeli bandage is a specially designed, first-aid device that is used to stop bleeding from hemorrhagic wounds caused by traumatic injuries in pre-hospital emergency situations
The new HyFin® Chest Seal is a completely occlusive dressing used for the treatment of penetrating injuries to the chest. Now featuring a larger, 6 in. x 6 in. size and enhanced adhesive gel formulation, the new HyFin® Chest Seal creates a superior seal, even in the most adverse conditions. The new HyFin® Chest Seal also features a transparent backing to allow placement directly over the wound and easily conforms to the casualty’s chest.
QuikClot® EMS 4×4 Dressing is a 3in x 4ft, soft, white, nonwoven, hydrophilic gauze impregnated with kaolin, an inorganic mineral that is both safe and effective in accelerating the body’s natural clotting cascade without any exothermic reactions or use of animal or human proteins.
The SWAT-Tourniquet™ allows a more rapid means to control extremity bleeding and allows application higher into the groin and axilla than other tourniquets. Its ease of application is one of its greatest benefits; individuals can effectively apply it in seconds with little to no prior training.
The Gideon Tactical GTAK is not a first aid kit and is not intended to treat minor injuries.

Shipping Policy
WFT offers a variety of shipping options along with in-person pick up. WFT retains the right to ship via any carrier of our choosing. All shipments will require an adult signature upon delivery.
All firearms will be shipped to the FFL dealer of your choice. It is your responsibility to contact the FFL prior to us shipping.
All returned shipments are subject to the restocking fees as listed above in Sales and Refunds.
Returns & Cancellations
All sales are final. WFT retains the right to refuse any and all refund requests. All government mandated fees are required to be paid by the buyer prior to the start of a transfer or sale.
In the event the firearm shipment is rejected by the receiving FFL, any and all additional fees will be charged to the seller. If the seller fails to pay the return fees or WFT is not able to ship the package (see “Storage Fees”) within four (4) weeks from initial delivery, the firearm shall become the property of the FFL that currently possesses it.
In the event that a purchase is returned or an ordered is cancelled, the item will be subject to a $75 restocking fee. Additionally, the cost of shipping will not be refunded, even if a coupon for free shipping was applied. Refunds will only be issued to the credit card used for purchase and may take up to 15 business days to complete.
