Shipping Policy

For handguns, we ship to your FFL dealer via Next Day air or 2nd Day Air.  For long guns, we to your FFL dealer via ground shipping.  All ammo must ship via ground shipping and will come direct to your home address on file.  All optics, gear and other non-serialized items, we can ship via ground shipping by default to your home address on file.  If you would like expedited shipping, feel free to email us and request a faster method.  Once item is ready for shipping, we will provide a tracking number via email, please check spam folder just in case.  We can also add insurance at your request, to which will cause an increase in shipping cost

Returns & Cancellations

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 25% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
   1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
   2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
   3. Firearms, once transferred to buyer.
   4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refuse

Key terms and conditions:
We do reserve the right to cancel at anytime.  We will give notice when this occurs.
We do reserve the right to require additional time on shipping.  Examples include: holidays, weekends, tax season, shipping delays, high order volume, etc. 
Payments:
We happily accept and prefer the use of credit cards and debit cards.  We will also accept other secured forms of payment such as cashier’s checks and money orders.  If payment is submitted using cashier check or money order, expect a longer shipping time.   Due to a Gunbroker policy change, taxes are charged and collected on every order regardless of location.  We respect that life happens as such, you the buyer has 7 days to make payment.  If the buyer fails to pay, we will have to submit a non-paying bidder claim.  However, if you need additional time, please reach out to us directly at [email protected].

NFA Items:
We offer a wide variety of NFA items.  With current ATF wait times, your NFA item will ship to your Class 3 Dealer once the form 3 has been approved.    

Firearms:
Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring item is legal in home city and state.  Handguns will ship via UPS next day air.  Long guns will ship via UPS ground.  Item will ship out within 3-5 days of payment clearing and receipt of your dealer’s FFL.  We will provide you with a tracking number once item ships.  You have 3 days to inspect the firearm for any damage or defects, you cannot test fire or disassemble it. If there is a problem, do not take possession of the firearm. Please contact us immediately.

Once you take possession of it, it is yours and any problems with it are between you and the manufacturer.  All firearms are new and come with the manufacturer warranty. We inspect everything prior to posting but some things cannot be identified during inspection. 
If your transfer fails (problem with 4473 or background check) or you simply refuse the order, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus any shipping cost.  We cannot return the taxes and fees charged by Gunbroker.  Any firearm is considered used after it is transferred.

Ammo:
All ammo must ship via ground shipping direct to buyer’s home.  We do have case discounts available, please contact for purchasing in case quantities.

Optics:
All optics are shipped via ground by default.  Expedited shipping is available as well at customer request. 
Financing and Layaway:
At this moment we do not have a Layaway program.  That may change in the near future.  For Financing, order total must be over $500 and must be done through our website https://www.dndcustoms.org .  If you would like to employ financing on your order, please reach out to us via email at [email protected].  We are more than happy to work with you through the process.
