Supported POS Systems
WeaponDepot's Cloud Connect platform supports integration with several POS and inventory management systems commonly used by firearms dealers. Supported platforms include systems designed specifically for gun stores that incorporate ATF compliance features such as electronic bound books, 4473 form management, and automated acquisition and disposition logging. The integration handles inventory synchronization, price updates, product data feeds, and order management. Setting Up Integration
To set up POS integration, you will need an active seller account on WeaponDepot and an account with one of our supported POS partners. Contact the WeaponDepot integration team to begin the setup process. Our team will work with you and your POS provider to configure the data connection, map your product categories to WeaponDepot categories, and set up the rules for how inventory changes are synchronized. Initial setup typically takes 1 to 3 business days depending on the complexity of your catalog. Once active, the integration runs continuously in the background, keeping your online and in-store inventory in sync without any manual intervention.
