Shipping and Returns for Buyers
Check seller shipping and return terms, coordinate required FFL delivery, and learn what to do if an order has a problem.
Read the Seller's Terms Before Buying
Shipping charges, handling times, permitted destinations, return eligibility, and return windows depend on the seller's published policy and the item. Read those terms on the listing and at checkout, including exclusions and any return-shipping or restocking conditions. Do not assume that a bundle, an auction, a firearm, and an accessory all have the same policy. Ask the seller to resolve unclear terms before purchase.
Separate Delivery from a Required Transfer
A firearm shipment requiring an FFL transfer goes through the receiving dealer's process. Confirm acceptance, fees, documents, and pickup arrangements with that dealer before the seller ships. Carrier delivery to the dealer is not confirmation that the item is ready for pickup. Shipping or return arrangements for regulated goods must comply with applicable law and current carrier requirements.
If an Order Has a Problem
Keep the order details, relevant correspondence, tracking information, and photographs of any reported damage or discrepancy. Contact the seller promptly with a clear description of the issue. Consult WeaponDepot's Refund & Returns Policy for the support and escalation process. Obtain return instructions before sending an item back, and do not assume that every order has a platform-wide 30-day return entitlement.
