Account Settings

Your seller account settings control how your business appears on WeaponDepot and how transactions are processed. From the Account Settings page in your dashboard, you can update your business name, contact information, return address, and FFL information. You can also manage your notification preferences to control which email and in-app notifications you receive for new orders, messages, bids, and account activity. Keep your contact information current so buyers and the WeaponDepot support team can reach you when needed.

Financial Dashboard

The financial dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your account's financial activity. Review your sales history, fees assessed, payments received, and current balance. You can view detailed breakdowns of each transaction including the sale price, applicable fees, shipping charges, and net proceeds. Download monthly statements for your accounting records. If you have any outstanding fees, you can make a payment directly through the dashboard using your credit card or bank account on file. Set up automatic payments to ensure your account stays in good standing without manual intervention.

Security and Verification

Protecting your seller account is essential. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of security beyond your password. Review your active sessions regularly and sign out of any devices you do not recognize. If you are an FFL dealer, ensure your license information is up to date on your account. WeaponDepot verifies FFL licenses and awards verified dealer badges to accounts with current, valid licenses. Update your FFL information promptly when you renew your license to maintain your verified status. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact WeaponDepot support immediately and change your password.
