Shipping Policy

We ship most non-chemicals by USPS Priority Mail.  Cleaners, Lubricants, Polishes and most chemicals has to be shipped by either Federal Express Ground or United Parcel Service Ground.  All is shipped at ACTUAL costs without mark-up.  Unless otherwise noted to the buyer, shipments usually take 1-2 Business days to process and leave our closest facility

Returns & Cancellations

All merchandise is shipped insured and properly packed against damage in transit.  Customers are encouraged to inspect arriving packages UPON DELIVERY and notify the delivering carrier immediately. Breakage in transit required the buyer to promptly notify GOLDEN BORE.  Returns and cancellations are handled on a case by case basis.  Debit/Credit card transactions can be handled either by PayPal or Cash/Check to Golden Bore.  Checks must be held 10-14 business days to ensure clearing.  Any return requires Return Authorization Number.  Items returned without a RMA will be refused by our Shipping and Receiving department.

Terms & Conditions

Unless otherwise indicated, all merchandise is brand new in origional packaging.   Merchandise opened, broken or damaged cannot be considered new and must be considered USED or without value.  USED merchandise which is approved for return will be subject to a severe chargeback fee.
